Blending 1930-70’s with true modern day Australian architectural elegance, this dwelling has been remodelled to suit the modern day lifestyle. The renovation has incorporated the original 1930's vibe, the house was then updated in the 70's which we have worked to scale with. This house is extremely unique to the south coast and local area.

The customised kitchen with walk-in butlers pantry is of extreme convenience and decadence. Designed with the help of Brent Savage of The Bentley Group - VZUG customised oven and additional combi-steam as used in high end commercial grade kitchens. Project Luxe had been designed for entertaining at its finest.

Drawing inspiration from recent travels in Tasmania and McLaren Vale in SA. @thevineyardretreat , Coledale Sierra Pod @mattwilliamsarchitects, Dolphin Sands Studio, Project Luxe offers the potential for a large separate 1 bedroom self contained studio, with outstanding escarpment views, perfect for visiting family or as a holiday let.
